whoever has the more columns mod and the slider remove it from the mod files and the issue will be fixed. I have test tried it and it worked. atleast for me and wait for an update from the creators. hope it will help more people
when i log into the game i have notifications showing all my cc but in cas i can't see anything. How can i fix this problem? PLS
try in the game menu>game options>other and enter the view costume content and unckeck at the bottom the "show at startup"
try to delete the resourse.cfg in the mod files and the localthumbcache.package you can find it in documents>electronic arts>the sims 4

Chicom12 There's a chance that you're affected by the "Failed to Launch" issue: it seems that some people can get into the game some of the time but their CAS hasn't fully loaded properly. You could try this fix, or just wait for EA to fix the issue at their end:
1. Rename the user folder - the one Mods is inside of. I do something like "THE SIMS 4 OLD FOLDER".
2. Start the game and exit to make a new user folder.
3. When copying mods/CC from the old Mods folder to the new Mods folder, don't copy/move folders. Make new Mods subfolders and copy only files.
