Some items on gallery won't show most times

some items shared on gallery aren't showing! when you go to gallery! right away it looks normal...example 1 of the Most popular sims is from Maxis...MAC’s Romero Jennings...but if you if you hit any of the buttons on the left...like newest or Lots or even the check mark thing to Include Custom Content and then you try and go back to how the gallery looked before nope totally different and if you go to Maxis profile on the gallery MAC’s Romero Jennings is gone! if you shut down the game and go back on it's normal again until you do anything on the gallery! EXCEPT if you just search for a name at top but then it's also fine but you can't filter out the most popular...another thing to add is some of my sims on my profile are missing...thankfully I know they are still there because I was able to online on the gallery on the sims website to check BUT I do have some cc sims that I wanted to take off and can't find them now but I know they are there just missing!...oh btw I have no mods and i reinstalled the EA app and repaired the game and nope! also on some players profiles it says "This player has not shared any items." and I know they have!
