Spice of life spice rack gone

I'm building a lot in a new world I just created and the round spice rack, "spice of life spice rack", is gone from the catalogue. I searched the whole clutter/misc section and it's not there so I loaded an old world where I knew it was placed, sure enough the item is there and if I manually select it it shows me the name/price, but it can't be cloned and isn't in the catalogue in this world either. It's basically functioning like a debug item but I know it's been in the base game catalogue for years.
