Apparently the body types only work with the clothes generally assigned for them. Can't put feminine clothes on masculine bodies and other way around without the spine getting weird.
I love mixing clothes from masc and fem sides, but can't do that anymore without the spine problem. Haven't been able to for at least 6 months.
