Still Can't Save Lots to Library or Gallery

Are you getting a server error message?

It's more than frustrating for months as a builder. Yesterday I was able for a short period of time, today I couldn't even save base game lots anymore. It's horribly random. 

Could you describe what happens if you try ? Do you get an error ? If so, please post the complete error message/screenshot

crinrict​ the error message is "your request can't be proceeded, please try again later" (freely translated from the German version) 

I've tried to fix it with DirectX activated and it worked for only one session

today additionally I can't place lots anymore without endless loading screens and can't leave building mode for the same reasons.

As for the lots: Any mods/cc in your game ?

I have this same issue did all the steps and still get this error. No Mods or cc install, just dont work. 

having the same issue too! only one of my lots saved to my library. cant save households either lol

I had this issue.  For me, I exited the game. Went to the C:\Users\[User Name]\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\ folder.

Renamed UserData.lock to _UserData.lock and then restarted the game.

I could then save my lots again.

The "problem lot" when I visited it showed up without any furniture.  So I am guessing I had an issue in that particular lot with some particular furniture placement (or something).

Same here its been about 3 months for me now with this issue!  Sometimes some lots are okay, but most of the time this issue affects every lot for me.
