Stuck in Fast Forward

When my sim goes to sleep and the clock fast forwards at 9:50 am it sticks and wont stop. I have tried clicking all the time buttons and nothing. I even opened the menu and build mode and the same play still fast forwards. I can't wake my sim or make them do anything at all.
