I thought I should add that even though my Nova made numerous attempts to "get to know" Lewis, the interactions always completed without the usual notification pop-up about what was learned, nor did any new traits show for Lewis via the Relationship panel. No pop-up notification appeared when Nova asked about career but he did show as unemployed in the relationship panel after that. Several game hours spent interacting with Lewis did not budge his relationship bar at all.
