Sims is stuck at 2/3 but has a photography skill of 4. I think the images are self explanatory. Tested with a few other sims that I had at the same level, but worked fine. Seems to not be repeatab...

This was reported as visual glitch only Could you try getting the performance up and see if you are promoted anyways ?
I had performance maxed out. Got her skill up to 5, still no promotion. I ended up using the promotion cheat to get her out of the endless loop and all is now right with the world.
What's the promotion cheat? My sim still won't promote even though it's visual.
