When playing my game, I am having a sudden issue of not going down elevator in penthouse in Ciudad Enamorada. The lot is Torres Amanecer. I use mods and was able to verify and update all mods associated with my game. I also double checked to be sure that there were no obstacles preventing my sims from getting to the elevator. The cache was cleared on the EA app and the game was repaired but I am still having issues with my Sims not being able to go down the elevator and the graphics of the building seems to have disappeared all together.

Could you post a pic of that ? If the shell is broken, removing mods wont' fix the issue. Would explain why they can't route though
crinrict with the graphics, it seems like the bottom of the actual apartment/penthouse disappears when I zoom in and out of the lot. I tested the issue by removing my mods folder and then slowly added my mods back in after verifying the updates.
As for elevators, there is nothing blocking the path to the elevator.
- What issues do you have with your graphics ? Is this connected to the issue ?
- By able to verify my mods, you mean you tested this without any on a backup of your save game ?
- Did you have a harvest fest ? Where did you verify if you don't have any blockage ? Like there's nothing at the entrance on both sides or some other means ? Sometimes stuff gets stuck inside the elevator which you can't really see.
