Tea brewer - Sims won’t autonomously perform ‘Grab a drink’

For years, we've been asking for a fix for a bug where Sims were EXCESSIVELY using the tea maker. 'Excessively' is the key word. Now, after the latest update, they've stopped drinking tea autonomously altogether, which is NOT what we wanted.

We wanted them to stop queuing up multiple cups in a row and being obsessive. Please fix this, as the clue to the problem was completely misunderstood. This bug hasn't been fixed, but a new one has been created.

We want Sims to be able to drink tea autonomously, but in reasonable quantities.
