Teen Randomly Glitches To Infant Sitting Position

Soooo I'm not sure if anyone else is having this issue or not. But during gameplay, no matter what lot I am on, nor what savefile I am playing on, my teen sims will glitch into the sitting the position that infants sit in on their knees for about 1-2 seconds and then glitch back. Every once in awhile the game will start to lag and then just crashes back to my main desktop. 

I do play with mods, but I even double checked my mods if they interfered with one another or with the base game, I have cleared the cache, I have even removed my mods from the documents folder and reloaded a new save to see if the issue occurred and it still does every time.  

I have also updated the EA App and repaired the game as well.
