Tenant revolts/ breaking lease

My tenants are breaking the least and revolting, yet they have a 5 star rating, and amazing maintenance. When asked about the condition they don't have any complaints. This along with the fact that I cannot inspect appliances is making it very difficult to play as a landlord. 

Is there somethign else that can cause them to revolt or break the lease?
