The black picture bug continues :')

No matter what I do this continues to happen. I have tried the picture mod, removed mods, saved the room to library.. the only thing that seems to retain my legacy family pictures is saving them in inventory or household inventory... 

I just wanna display my pics and be proud of my lil sims family maaaannnn :(
