The gallery doesn't work

Hi, for the past two days or so, I haven't been able to access the Gallery. This means I can't download any lots, households, or rooms, and I don't understand why. I'm playing on PS5 and I'm connected to the PlayStation Network, so I don't know why the Gallery isn't working. I hope I'm not the only one experiencing this issue.
