I get the game failed to load error code 123:75cd024:8d34de34 when I try to trvel to other lots. And after the only way I can get to my sims again is to get someone that knows her and invite her to another lot so that I can load in again. The error code recommends that I relaunch the game. I have done that and tried repairing the game.
No mods or custom content enabled.
im getting this also my game was fine befor all these updates i cant travel or even edit my sims as soon as i try to get to cas or travel to places i get that 123 error code :-( is there any fix for this my game is unplayable :-(
This has happend with my game as well, I didnt really pay attention to it and a little later i was able to travel again to that lot but **bleep**, thought the game left me for good.
Same here. I keep getting this error since the lastest update, i tried repairing the game also i don't have any mod installed. Idk what to do :(
Both my mom and me have this error, as well, and neither of us have ever used mods. I am giving up on the save since I just restarted tonight with the new expansion, but it is definitely game-breaking :/

I’m getting this too! Completely ruining my game. I’ve never really had bug issues but these latest two updates have been a shambles
Same issue here, cant even start the game with that household anymore
My sim (university pack) was with friends at a club, this club had the issue but because she was there i couldn't start the game with that household. For now i moved her to another household and can play again, bummer is that she lived in a student house en cant get back in there till the new classes
I managed to get back into the household by selecting them from the manage world screen and clicking them, then hitting the car icon that says "visit" and it brought them back to their lot. Just in case it happens again, hopefully u wont have to move them out of the dorms that way!
This has happened to me too. My sim was nominated for an award and I went to travel to the ceremony and it gave this error code.
I keep getting this too whenever I travel. Everytime I exit game and clear cache and repair game and still struggle to get back into the household afterwards and usually repair game 2/3times before i can get it to load without crashing. It has been happening since the update on Tuesday before Lovestruck was released and my Sims live in Britchester as they are all at university (luckily not in Student Housing as I have read that has broken). Cant wait for this to get fixed as you cant interact with anything outside your lot as it breaks the game. I dont play with mods either so it has to be the update. Fingers crossed this gets sorted soon.
Same issue here. My sim is stuck at Pepper's Pub, which is now listed as an 'incomplete' lot. When I try and open the pub lot I get the 123 error code, meaning that I am unable to continue the save.
after todays update still the same 123 error code when travel and still no pay bills option at all come on EA get this fixed PLEASE :-(
I wanted to go to Pepper's Pub with my sim and I wasn't able. The lot Is now listed as incomplete and get the same errore 123. No mods or cc. I think we can't play university for the moment :(
Same here! Updated my game and every time I load the game I get the 123 error!
Same thing for me. I wanted to throw a party before graduation at peppers pub and got the error code. Even took out all my cc and mods, same thing again. All my other worlds and saves work. Sucks because I never play university and the one time I did this happens. This needs to be fixed quick.
