The packages I bought are showing up as unpurchased.

I've been playing The Sims for a long time, but I had to uninstall it from my computer a few years ago as I couldn’t find the time to play. During that time, Origin was shut down and transitioned to the EA app. When I last logged into Origin, all the expansion packs I purchased were visible. However, now on the EA app, most of the expansion packs I previously bought are showing up as if I never purchased them. I also can’t view my purchase history. I would greatly appreciate your urgent assistance in resolving this issue.
