This bug was fixed not anymore: Retail workers no appearing in lot

I am still a fan of retail, and it baffles me that is more frequent not working, than working. It was fixed about recently, and i have no idea why this keeps happening. 

The workers don't appear in retail GtW and vet, which means, the store never 'opens' and nothing can be bought, which means, it's useless gameplay. 

P.S: I have complaints in many of old expansions that were forgotten, such as retails were forgotten, active careers, icons and clubs forgotten they exist, we have many events we could add, and clubs, but it's basically dead forgotten.
