Timeout error when saving lots to My Library

Update: Someone mentioned on a different thread to press app recovery in the EA app to reset the app's cache. I tried it, and I was able to save my build, hope it works for you too!!

This is currently happening to me (40x30) fully unfurnished/no landscape. I also can't change the lot type for some odd reason. I thought they fixed gallery saving issues already

I'm having the same issues with and without mods, on clean save, but also on small lots also

I've been having this issue too and have tried everything to fix it but to no avail. Someone pls help!!

This is happening to me too. I’ve spent over 50hrs on my new build, and I can’t save it. It’s so frustrating. Before the latest update, the main box (with the lot pics and details) would eventually close (after 15-30mins), and I’d get the green box in the top right saying it was saved to my library, even with the error message still visible, but now it just doesn’t save - I’ve left it for an hour and still nothing. The game has now frozen (luckily I did a normal ‘save game’ before), and I can’t even Ctrl Alt Delete to close it. I’ve been having issues saving to the gallery for over a year now, but that workaround still made it just about ok. Now I can’t save to library at all. As building is what I do 95% of the time (the other 5% to playtest my builds), I’m really gutted with this. Please fix it ASAP, EA! 🙏 

Also note that I’ve never used mods or CC, and I play on my Windows laptop which is perfectly capable of running the game on max quality settings and has plenty of free storage space.

I'm still having this issue and nothing people are recommending me to do is working.
