toddler stuck in position while crawling after listening to music on dance floor

Does this happen every time you try that interaction ?

The parents took her there and everything was autonomous. I didn't direct anything and when she started crawling off, she was headed to sleep by the dog. I will take her back there and have her listen to music and see if I can recreate it. 

So far it is two for two as I was able to make it happen again. I just clicked the floor in a hallway and told her to crawl there and it happened. Last time she was targeting the dog to go sleep by but not this time. However, it also happened again in two different places. 

In the last screenshot she was headed to sleep next to the dog again but the loud noise of the radio cancelled that out it looks like. 

Also, I tried it with the other child and it does not happen to her from the dance floor or anywhere else that I have seen.
