I have checked a bunch of Sims in my Library, which includes some pre-made Maxis Sims I haven't played yet, but had done makeovers on and most were fine, but some kids seemed skinnier than normal, or at least what I remember of them.
No odd bellies or anything like that.
However, it seems like toddler eyes and just overall facial structure seems smaller/narrower than before.
I've never used slider mods.
