Noticed children in my save have distorted proportions when one familiar child sim walked by with an inflated belly.
This happened after updating to the latest patch, removing mods folder completely, deleting cache and only then starting the game. I have all packs up to (and not including) BH.
After this, I tested by loading up an older save, one that has never been touched by mods, dating back to the HSY patch (a snapshot of my legacy save). It has many families with child-aged sims that were born in-game, that were not deformed previously. After loading the save and checking families from neighborhood view, a lot of children have distorted proportions (exaggerated shoulders, bellies and behinds).
After this, I tested with a new save, no mods (mod folder deleted, caches deleted) and only checked the premade children. I created multiple clubs with child as the required age and used the club gathering to summon them to the lot. Some of the pre-made children appeared deformed as well. This was immediately after New Save > Create Family > Move them in > Start club gatherings. No editing, no CAS beyond family creation (not even outfit editing, just randomize and play). All these children's appearances can be compared to existing pre-patch footage to confirm that they're deformed.
I know the workaround with cas.fulleditmode and picking one of the three body templates. I would rather not do that in bulk since it was previously triggering corruption issues due to traits.
I can't tell if there is face/head deformity.

I just did similar testing pulling Maxis households from the Gallery that have children in them and saw the same results.
The newest Maxis household on the Gallery (Hawley) has this problem with the child girl having a deformed belly. Other Maxis households with children have similar issues.
This is very easily reproducible.
