Hey all,
We have identified the cause of an issue with Child Sims experiencing body distortion, and we are working to release an update which will resolve this issue in existing saves. Child Sims in brand new saves will not be affected by this bug. In the meantime, you can manually restore your Sims by using the following workaround:
- Open the cheat window with CTRL+SHIFT+C. Console folks, you can plug in a USB keyboard to do so.
- Type in “testingcheats true” and hit enter.
- Type in “CAS.fulleditmode” and hit enter.
- Shift click (B + A on Xbox, O + X on PlayStation) on your Child Sim and select “Modify in CAS” from the pie menu.
- In the top left of the screen, change the gender of your Child Sim, and then change it back.
- The Sim should be back to normal, click the tick button in the bottom right of the screen to return to Live mode.
- To remove cheats, open the cheat window with CTRL+SHIFT+C.
- Type in “CAS.fulleditmode false” and hit enter.
- Type in “testingcheats false” and hit enter.

And what about babies? They're experiencing changes on their eyes/faces and it cannot be solved by changing the gender or aging up in CAS (no mods, no cc)

You can always turn the cheats on and use "cas.fulleditmode on" to adjust that

Great to hear. Thanks EA Cade. Quick question this should also fix the bodies on the toddlers too since my toddlers look way skinnier then usual.

This does appear to work as a workaround in my current effected saves. Thank you.

Thanks for the workaround! Unfortunately it didn't fix the issue completely. I did the workaround and reapplied all the skin details and it's clear there is still some glitchness, at least on toddlers and infants. The eyes are smaller and the faces are thiner. Hopefully we get an update soon to fix these bugs for real.

They look so sad now. These little babies are my happy place. I don't need unhappy-looking ozempic babies!! 😭
Nobody asked for this fix. Is it in relation to inzoi's upcoming release?

Thanks for the workarounds, but a couple of issues:
- Console doesn't need a keyboard. We just press RT + LT and RB + LB at the same time to open the cheat window.
- This workarounds disables achievements, which you should warn people.

MRSB00TSY Thanks so much for flagging this!
Looks like you don't actually need testingcheats true enabled to enter CAS.fulleditmode and I've updated my post accordingly.
Again, you're a rock star, thank you so much!- EmaMartinez_182 months agoSeasoned Novice
And the werewolfs bug? I wanted to know please if you are also investigating the werewolfs, since their eyes are distorted (the black line does not appear correctly) the color of their nose does not change, nor does the shape of their lips.

My toddlers and infants are aging up and randomizing with make up but the make up selection is blocked out so I can't remove the make up from them.

Thanks! Is there a ballpark for when the fix will be out? I'm avoiding patching the game because of this mess.
