Im also having similar problems i turned off my mods and it didn’t fix a thing, the weird child body was a bit fixable by selecting another preset but the face stayed glitched, i went into my other saves and sadly the kids and the infants are having the same odd problem with warped torsos and just overall look weird it’s so disappointing that a game i’ve spent so much money on have constant glitches and bugs with every update that gets released in order to “fix past bugs” i’ve scrolled and followed advice on this thread and was able to work around some of the glitches but the fact is that they’re still there!!
