Hey all,
We have identified the cause of an issue with Child Sims experiencing body distortion, and we are working to release an update which will resolve this issue in existing saves. Child Sims in brand new saves will not be affected by this bug. In the meantime, you can manually restore your Sims by using the following workaround:
- Open the cheat window with CTRL+SHIFT+C. Console folks, you can plug in a USB keyboard to do so.
- Type in “testingcheats true” and hit enter.
- Type in “CAS.fulleditmode” and hit enter.
- Shift click (B + A on Xbox, O + X on PlayStation) on your Child Sim and select “Modify in CAS” from the pie menu.
- In the top left of the screen, change the gender of your Child Sim, and then change it back.
- The Sim should be back to normal, click the tick button in the bottom right of the screen to return to Live mode.
- To remove cheats, open the cheat window with CTRL+SHIFT+C.
- Type in “CAS.fulleditmode false” and hit enter.
- Type in “testingcheats false” and hit enter.
Thanks for the workaround! Unfortunately it didn't fix the issue completely. I did the workaround and reapplied all the skin details and it's clear there is still some glitchness, at least on toddlers and infants. The eyes are smaller and the faces are thiner. Hopefully we get an update soon to fix these bugs for real.

They look so sad now. These little babies are my happy place. I don't need unhappy-looking ozempic babies!! 😭
Nobody asked for this fix. Is it in relation to inzoi's upcoming release?
