Update on EA Cade's workaround it does fix toddlers bodies as well and it doesn't remove the extra outfits you gave them. Like you gave them 5 everyday outfits they are still there. Here is Jack Zhang no longer skinny :) I'm gonna wait for the fix though since my saves I have more then 8 sims in a household but giving an update it does work on toddlers too :) Thanks.
