Can confirm some NPC children in my game are also appearing as pregnant. I turned the game off immediately when I saw it. Most Sims bugs are funny, but this is really disturbing. I hope EA prioritise this issue and push a new update ASAP (and apologise! I mean, yikes!). The workaround is good to know but this shouldn't have happened at all.
