I also have face destortions in my toddlers.
I'm playing on the pre-business patch on PC and on the current latest patch on MAC and am able to compare the same save file on both patches:
My toddlers now have
- their eyes slightly cut-off on the top, the pupil has less space in the eye
- the eyes are also positioned slightly lower
- the nose is wider
- the nose is shorter (further away from the lips)
- the chin is shorter (or the lips are further positioned down)
Overall it makes my toddlers all look less cute, they look slightly angry now by default 😭
