I removed my mods and cc to see if that made her normal again but it didn't she looks like she's pregnant. It even looks like that in CAS

I'm facing that issue too. Tested without mods of course, and I never used sliders on those Sims ? Turning them older, and modifying even so slightly one slider and reverting them to child (using cas. fulleditmode) seems to correct it, but with all the children in my save, it will take a long time.
This kind of issue is not supposed to happen. Is the QA team even testing stuff with existing saves and existing Sims ?

To answer that, on my side, I never used custom sliders on those Sims or pregnancy belly mods, and it was tested in a game without mods (with a save I haven't altered with the new patch). And it doesn't affect just the belly, but other parts of the body it seems.

I also encountered the same problem
I have this bug too. Didn't check on the kids, since I didn't have any rn, but my toddlers and infants are completely messed up, even without mods and it's more visible on the boys. Couldn't replicate on new sims, so it's probably related to the genetics of sims born in the game.
Some examples:

No odd bellies or anything like that.
However, it seems like toddler eyes and just overall facial structure seems smaller/narrower than before.
I've never used slider mods.
This is really unbelievable. I checked 6 or 7 of the two dozen children in my save, and all of them are affected.
I always take a screenshot in CAS when I'm done creating a character, so now I can compare them pretty well before / after today's update.
Check this out (before on the left, after on the right):
To make sure the boy in the third image did not just get fatter over time, I loaded an old save file from just after his creation to create the "after" image. So actually, both images were made shortly after the boy's creation, the left one with the Sims version on January 17, the right one with today's version.
I included mostly boys because the effects are much more prominent on them than on girls (for my Sims).
