toddlers cant have a bath

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
• What platform are you playing ?
• What issues do you have with the game settings (options) ? Removed tag for this.

hi i am playing on a top end PC with windows 11,i have no mods just CC

Please test your issue on a vanilla game (no cc as well)

To verify on a vanilla game, move your mods folder to the desktop and delete the following files from your user folder.

-  localthumbcache
-  Any lastException Files
-  Any LastCrash files.

Test a backup of your save as you will loose all cc on the save and see if the same error occurs, then report back.

 thanks for replying,i made a copy as you suggested tried getting toddler to ask for a bath,same thing happens again.the adult just picks up toddler and drops her on the ground

To be sure, you also moved your mods folder to the desktop ?

Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

- Delete the ones you have
- Trigger the error again
- Check if new ones are created
- If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.

Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.

hi thanks again  i have solved it,iwent back to an older save and realised i had changed a bathroom. So i deleted an Aventa bath tub and hey presto  the toddlers can now have a bath
