Too Many Cakes

Hello everyone, I’m writing using a translator, but I hope the meaning will be clear.
For several years now, there has been an issue with the "Gourmets, Unite!" policy set, which causes guests to endlessly bake cakes on the home lot. Perhaps they should be cooking different dishes, but they only bake cakes. The screenshot shows the aftermath of a party with this policy set in the neighborhood.
