Trouble with 3 Packs Showing in Game

I bought three new packs yesterday. Toddler stuff, laundry day, and city living. They downloaded, I restarted the app, they show they are downloaded, but when I go into in-game mode, they show they have not been installed. I have already uninstalled the packs and reinstalled them. I have repaired them and repaired the game. I have also checked my Sims folders, and everything is correct. I uninstalled the EA app and then reinstalled it. I don't know if this had to do with the new update.
