After the June 30 update I cannot access the gallery or download content anymore. Saving a sim from CAS is also impossible. I have uninstalled and installed the game again, made the game create the new The Sims 4 folder in EA Games, it wprks fine on the first run but then I run into the same bug immediately after I start it up again. I had no CC, tried it without any saves or Tray files, still the same issue
Also happening to me. I'm not playing until the Gallery issues are fixed, this is a nightmare if trying to save down legacy families and lots for safe keeping.
I didn't play since 14 June but recently bought new game packs, after update I experienced this same issue. I can't save (Error code: 21) or create any new game for 3 days now, even remove all mods, saves, and trays, nothing changed.
The same exact thing is happening to me. I've even taken out all my mods, CC, save, and tray files. This is surely an EA/Sims problem, because I've tried everything, including what you mentioned, and just had the game generate new files. Still the same issue. Only works on the first run.
