Unable to select traits in CAS

After I updated the sims I have been unable to select traits in cas even after removing all my mods and deleting and reinstalling the game  Edit By Crinrict: Adjusted Title fit bug report at AHQ ...

I'm having the same problem right now, I've already repaired the game, deleted my mods and took the sims 4 folder out of the electronics arts map and I still can't see or select traits. Is there any way to fix this?
