After I updated the sims I have been unable to select traits in cas even after removing all my mods and deleting and reinstalling the game

I recently updated my game and installed a few packs, now my traits won’t show up in create a sim and all the new create a sim items won’t appear either.
Please use either of these threads for the traits issue (if yours looks the same)
As for the CAS items, which items are you referring to ?
