Unable to select traits in CAS

I have just purchased the newest expansion pack and now my create a sims panel is not fully downloading. I have deleted all my mods as well as uninstalling and reinstalling my sims 4 game. I am still unable to pick my sims traits after doing all these steps . 

Ever since I installed the new Enchanted by Nature pack, I cannot select my sim’s traits in CAS. I have all the packs installed. I’ve repaired the game, removed all mods/cc (gshade still installed though i can’t see how that would affect my game), and loaded a clean user folder. None of those things worked. 

Did you manage to see what was going on????

Yes thats what in seeing

With the recent update my game has done the same thing, I’ve removed and updated all my mods, repaired the game twice, and nothing is working, I can’t create new households without picking the traits. 
I have literally tried everything at this point

To as the title suggest, my traits have completely disappeared. I don’t know if this is the recent update or somethings wrong at my game, but they’re just not there.  At first, I thought it was one of my mods so I removed them completely and it’s still not working. Can anyone help me?

This issue has occurred since the last patch update yesterday - the Traits section in CAS is now completely blank. I've not had mods in my game for over a month (since before the last major update). I've barely played Sims 4 since the recent bugs. But I went in to get the event rewards. After completing the event, I tried to create a new sim but couldn't select any traits. 

editing to add: I went back to an older save file, and I could pick traits in CAS. But when I start a brand new save file, I can't. 

Exactly what the title says but I have had this issue over the last several months. I can only change the traits once I am in the game and use the cas.fulleditmode cheat 😭 I have repaired the game, cleared cache and I have absolutely no mods or CC.
