Unable to select traits in CAS

I've done all updates and patches but I still have the same issue, I don't have any cas mods whatsoever as I kept deleting them to try and get traits to show in cas. It would show up and i wouldn't download any new mods or anything but when I reload the game the traits in cas is gone again, this isnt after any new patches were installed, I already had the newest patches when I got it working and then it just disappeared again, I've tried removing all cc and mods, I've uninstalled and reinstalled I've cleared cache. Please if I'm doing something wrong on my end please tell me, I just want my game working, is anyone else experiencing this? As I've not seen anything about people experiencing this in the latest patch. I just wanna know if this is on my end or just the game itself having problems

I thought I was the only one with this bug! 🤣 
It's very annoying because I can't even finalize and save my sims... 
I don't play with any mods.
I hope the Sims team fixes this issue soon.
