Unable to select traits in CAS

I am having a bug with my game on PC. The three trait slots are not showing up. I’ve removed my mods. I removed the sims 4 folder and let the game make a new one. I repaired my game and I am still having the problem. I’ve attached a picture to show what it looks like.

I had to type in cas.fulleditmode from the title screen to get it to show up. It’s a temporary fix but I hope EA can check it out.

The entire trait section is missing in CAS. This occurs for all sims of all ages. I do not have any mods/CC installed nor have I ever. 

I haven't played in a while and just recently bought Adventure Awaits, game is completely up to date and I don't use any CC or Mods but every time I have gone into CAS I cannot see or edit the traits, they are completely disappeared, it occurs both when I create a sim from the story mode or my own sim. Please help

to be sure this is the same issue that already has a thread, could you please post a picture of what you are seeing in CAS ?

When i open cas in my game my traits for my sims arnt showing. I have repaired my sims game and checked if it was my mods. I haven't been able to see them sence I updated the sims.

I’ve had this bug for the past year and nothing I’ve done fixes it. Whenever creating a new save, I cannot select traits. They are just gone. I can still pick an aspiration and preferences but the option to choose traits is not available. I can only randomize them and fix with cheats later. I’m not using any mods and I’ve repaired my game multiple times. Nothing works. 

Whenever I attempt to launch a new game or create a new sim from the map, the trais panel in CAS is missing. If I open a sim already in-game to CAS the traits panel shows, but not with new ones. While, yes, I do use CC, this issue happens even in a completely CC free game (yes I reinstalled, repaired, and also generated a new TS4 folder). I've had this issue since the Enchanted by Nature update. Is anyone else experiencing this or has found a fix?
