University Graduation Photo Looks Weird

I am playing with university dlc for years. Never ever my sims photos looked weird, black or blank.

However, after the big update, this happened. My sim is not in her graduation photo. It is just a weird background. 

After graduation ceremony, when photo shows up on her inventory it was weird empty place. No frame, no photo. Just empty slot. 

We return home. I put on the wall and ta-da! Weird only background photo.

What can I do? 

I know so many had photo bugs. I never had before. I don't take that much photo in game. But this was graduation!

I don't have any ccs. And only have basic mods, which none of them is about photos.
