Unplayable due to Crashes

My game is crashing every time I try to go to manage worlds or save my game. I’ve started new save files and it hasn’t helped the issue. I play on PS5 so none of the tips online have helped. 

My game also freezes and crashes whenever I try to age up a sim in CAS or when I try to add guests to events (mainly the grand ball)
