Used Marketplace, kit wont work, I tired everything online to fix.

Used the Marketplace for the first time and the Dust kit and the vacuums wont work, I cant put them in my inventory or use them, the place just fills up with dust. 

 I tired everything online to fix, I reactivated and repaired and deleted caches and moved folders and every suggestion I can and they dont work.
