[V] Can't make Vampire cure cause of missing ingredients that are present

my sim has leveled up her vampire lore to level 15 and have collected all ingredients needed to make the ultimate vampire cure, but when at a bar (home bar & night club bar), the option is still grey...

Could you please provide the following information

Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.
Is this the only thing that you have issues with with missing ingredients ? Could be related to this thread:
