For months now this has been broken with no sign from EA about fixing it , They do the vampire run fine indoors but as soon as they go outside it stops , This has been going on now for over a year , please see to it EA

I'm sure that's annoying, especially if vampiric run is your preferred type of vampiric movement, but you might consider using batform or mistform while you wait for vampiric run to be fixed.
I prefer batform because it's available much earlier than the other two, only costs 1 point, can get you to places you can't reach by running, and has a special woohoo if you can find another vampire with the batform power.
This has been broken now for almost a year or more . lets hope it does eventually get fixed
Vampire Speed is only working when you are on the lot you traveled to. It turns to normal running as soon as you leave the lot boundary.

That's right, I reported this bug two years and three months ago, not how it appears in this new forum (5 months, seriously, are you kidding?)
At least now it seems EA is investigating the bug lol.

I agree with this statement because I me too it over 2 years ago! Thanks for sharing! I don't know if you are on pc but LittleMsSam has a mod that fixes this! And it works so good!
crinrict FINALLY! After 2 years and almost 4 months this bug is fixed!!! 2 YEARS!!!
Both werewolves and vampire super speed is fixed thanks to the Burglar patch (February 25th).
This fix was not listed in the patch notes neither at the laundry list.
It is working for all my vampires and werewolves.

Just tested it out myself too and yup, it appears to have (finally!) been fixed (weird that it wasn't included in the patch notes, but maybe it's because it somehow fixed itself when they were changing something else...).
Funny thing is, with the new Businesses & Hobbies expack, they included a new super speed mechanic in the form of the WUTANT(sic) perk that can be unlocked when a small business reaches level 3 and used by the owner, one of the effects being to grant them super speed for the duration of the moodlet (24 hours). But, like with this issue for the last two years, it doesn't work off-lot (but then again, in that case it could be purposefully).
I don't see any fix for this issue that started 3 years ago.
Did I overlook something or topic was archived without bug getting resolved...?
