(XBOX) A couple of my sims and even pets are completely black, like a void. This is ever since the update on the 1st July.
edit I have now noticed i have to manually click on the sims in my house now, my lb and rb won't work anymore to switch between sims that are void - as if they no longer exist in the household???
Were you using CC skin before? That probably happened because either the mods got disabled after the update or the skin broken, possibly both.
I have the same issue! People on reddit suggest that it might be because of a bug in the paint mode in CAS and thus every sim who used the paint mode (pets, tattoos, etc) is just void now

yeah im starting to think this! I hope I don't have to delete my sim because its literally taken me a year of progress for her storyline etc as im doing generations
