So I found a workaround as a temporary solution. Go to CAS of your werewolf, Press Zoom In, Press Detail Paint Mode. Now Paintbrush the nose, eyelids, and inner ear to your desired color.

Unfortunately paintbrushing the Nose might not work. as that region is "Reserved" by the nose colour settings, I tried to paint the nose, to no avail sadly. the paintbrush would not paint this area (and filling the entire pelt with paint, missed the Ears, Eyelining, Lips, Nose, Hand and Foot Pads)

Nose, eyes and ears work for me, not the hands and foot pads tho.

When this was suggested, I figured the feet and hand pads wouldn't be able to be painted (especially the feet pad). Thanks for showing that it does work. And the good thing is that if you don't have any other paints on your beast form, you can quickly delete the paint when this bug gets fixed.
