[W] Werewolf face presets don't work

Game version: 1.113.277.1030

Symptoms: Using werewolf face preset menu doesn't apply changes to werewolves in CAS.

This is fresh installation with all user files (`%homepath%\Documents\Electronics Arts\The Sims 4\`) removed.
