was this your Sims first transformation ? When you say it happened a few times, you mean with different Sims or did they turn back eventually ?
Has happened with all 3 of the werewolf sims I've played on this save so far, and it's always been multiple times with each one. They eventually switch back once they get enraged again and then calm down again, but until they get enraged, they're visually stuck in werewolf form with fury around them.
