Washing machine randomly stops working//CONSOLE

I’ve been having this issue for a while, but my washing machine stops working randomly, and I would have to replace it and then re-upgrade it. It will just have the green light on there as if there are clothes in the wash, but there isn’t anything in there and I’m unable to put laundry in the wash.
