Werewolf Pale Nose Color and Face Distortion

So I decided to come back to the Sims 4 yesterday and turn one of my Sims into a Werewolf, but after their first transformation, I can plainly see that their beast form model's face is quite distorted and jagged. Not only that, but their nose is colorless, and I cannot change its color no matter what I do. I thought this issue was limited to just this single new save I made yesterday, but it is also affecting my other saves and affecting any new werewolf sim I try to create in Create A Sim. I've already tried repairing my files on the EA app and randomizing the beast form, but to no avail.
