White Screen on Maps Error - Game save unplayable.

Hello EA Team, I have an error that has made my current game unplayable.

If I use the Manage Worlds tool and click on a map, the screen goes white/blank and I cannot move away from the screen. 

I have updated drivers, I have removed all mods, removed cache, I have opened up in windowed mode, I have updated the recommended graphic resolutions in the options and the error is still not fixed.

The file was working fine yesterday, I could access it and play with all the worlds, but today it gave me a White Screen on the maps, so it is unplayable. Each time I exit and try and restart, and same white blank screen issue.

I have checked all Bugs already posted, and there does not seem to be a solution for the White Screen. 

This is a legacy save file that I have been playing on for more than 3 years. This is the first error of this kind, in my game. The attachment button doesn't allow the save file to be uploaded, please advise where to upload the file?

Please assist as I have attempted every recovery route. thank you.
