Purchased The Wonderland Playroom Kit and the TV is not able to be interacted with. Have tried deleting it multiple times and even in different locations. Closed the game and reopened. Really sad because I purchased Moola just for this kit and now its not even functioning.

could you try reinstalling the kit ? You should be able to do so under Marketplace > My Collection > Manage Storage

If any of you are still encountering this on the latest game version could you share your App Data folder, as well as your Electronic Arts folder?
For PC, you can find this under: User > [Username] > AppData > Local > TS4
For Mac, you can find this here: Macintosh HD > Users > [Username] > Library > Application Support > TS4
For your Electronic Arts folder, you can find that under Documents-> Electronic Arts.

Hello! I did do this and it did not fix it. I also do not understand how to upload the file you asked for.
once i place the tv it is no longer able to be interacted with at all in live mode but i can move it around in build
